Behavioural Interviewing Courses
People at Work are leaders in the field of behavioural interviewing both as practitioners and trainers.
Courses have been conducted in Singapore as well as Australia.
One and two day programs are available from introductory through to advanced courses for Human Resource
professionals as well as Recruitment Consultants.
What is behavioural Interviewing?
Also called behaviour event interviewing, behaviour based interviewing, behaviour description interviewing, this
method of staff selection improves selection accuracy by seven times compared with traditional selection practices.
Behavioural Interviewing is based on the concept that
past behaviour is the best indicator of future behaviour.
The more recent the behaviour the more predictive it will be. These courses equip participants to learn the skills
to explore past behaviour and predict future behaviour.
Learn how to design a selection process using
key selection criteria. Understand the importance of the job
analysis/skills audit and understand the elements of the person profile and position description.
