People at Work's Industrial Division commenced in 1989 and since that
time has provided trades and labour
for short term temporary and permanent positions to companies throughout Geelong and the Western suburbs of
Melbourne. Operating across two offices in Brooklyn and Geelong, our team of
specialist industrial recruiters source only the best
candidates from Geelong and Melbourne to fill the many temporary vacancies with our client companies.
Major sectors serviced include food manufacturing and processing, fertilisers, plastics and textiles.
Candidates undergo an in depth selection process to determine suitability for the role. Competency
assessments are available and credentials are verified, with specific reference checking undertaken prior
to referral to our clients. A placement guarantee is offered with all permanent positions. If the candidate
leaves within the guarantee period then we will find a suitable replacement at no additional fee.
