Geelong’s famous Cunningham Pier, located in the heart of Corio Bay’s vibrant waterfront will soon be home to “The Pier Geelong”. The Pier Geelong presents a world class event space, fine dining restaurant, boutique bar, private meeting room and cafe.

Reporting to the Directors, this senior role will be responsible for the strategy, planning and operations of all food and beverage functions at The Pier Geelong. Your aim will be to create the finest hospitality venue in Geelong whilst managing food and beverage budgets to ensure profitability and providing on-going education and development of staff. An important part of this role will be to create a positive, team-focussed environment.

To be successful in this role you will be a motivating and achievement-driven leader with a demonstrated passion for fine food, wine and first class service. You will have exposure working within a large and high-profile establishment. The ability to manage large numbers of staff and deliver high levels of service with a ‘hands on’ approach to daily operations is essential.
