Geelong’s famous Cunningham Pier, located in the heart of Corio Bay’s vibrant waterfront will soon be home to “The Pier Geelong”. The Pier Geelong presents a world class event space, fine dining restaurant, boutique bar, private meeting room and cafe.

As the face of Baveras, the fine dining restaurant within The Pier Geelong, you will ensure customers’ dining experience is of an extraordinary standard. You will be responsible for managing front of house operations, including supervising, rostering, mentoring and coaching floor and bar staff.

You will have strong communication skills and have the ability to lead by example. You will have a welcoming, professional and friendly manner with a proven commitment to customer service. A strong knowledge of fine food and wine is essential.
