Our client is a well established Geelong based firm who are currently looking to recruit a true customer service expert.
If you are someone who enjoys exceeding customer expectations and who thrives in a supportive team environment, this could be your chance to join our Customer Service Team. We are looking for a new Customer Services Officer to join the team.
The Role:
· You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for all clients, internal and external.
· Dealing with the more complex customer enquiries
· Responding to all incoming emails.
· Processing orders from both sales reps and customers
Skills:
· Professionalism,
· Strong customer focus
· Excellent communication skills
· Positive, friendly nature and can-do attitude,
· Analytical and problem solving skills will also be the key to your success in this role.
Criteria:
· Experience within a customer service-driven environment is essential
· Strong written skills
· Ability to use initiative
· You will need to be eager to satisfy customers
· Possess outstanding data entry
· Good communication skills (including telephone manner)
· Meticulous attention to detail is a must.
Previous Customer Service experience is essential in a call centre environment, along with strong computer skills & excellent data entry skills.
