The Pier Geelong is part of the EMC Group Geelong incorporating Edge, Lambys Restaurant + Bar and Gold Diggers Arms. This is a rare opportunity for a HR professional to be part of the start up of The Pier Geelong as well as working with some of Geelong’s most respected hospitality venues. 

Reporting to the Directors, this management role will deliver a broad range of human resource support to the entire EMC Group including:

>       Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies

>       Co-ordinating recruitment and creating position descriptions

>       Managing induction, training and performance management systems

>       Creating and administering OH&S systems and procedures

You will have a proactive approach to people management and have the initiative and independence to grow this newly created and diverse HR role. You will bring your expertise and versatility to ensure the success of the EMC Group, whilst driving the values of the organisation.
