Project Coordinator

Located in Geelong, this role is to work in a Building company who completes all construction repair on insurance claims in regional & Victoria.

Your role;

       You will be allocated a region and take ownership of all the jobs in that area, you will be working on around 50 small jobs at a time

       You will Co ordinate all the trades persons and sub-contractors to undertake repairs as well as organising all the materials to be delivered

        You will liaise daily with a variety of people such as the estimators, insurance companies, suppliers of good and services and the property owners

        You will have to put together all the paper work, reports that will be sent to all parties so excellent computer skills are required  

       You will be very process driven and have the ability to handle pressure.

       A background in building or insurance industry will be highly regarded

       Base salary will range between $45k-$50k plus superannuation and mobile phone

       Hours; 38 hours per week, roster between 7.30am – 5.30pm
