Our client has been providing civil engineering and building services to businesses in the Geelong region for over 40 years. They are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator/Office Coordinator to manage all aspects of their office based in North Geelong.
Responsibilities for this diverse role include:
§ Processing detailed payroll (including site allowances, overtime etc.), superannuation, Incolink and WorkCover
§ Interpreting awards and EBAs
§ Managing accounts payable/receivable and completing reconciliations
§ Handling enquiries in person and over the phone
§ Providing general administration support
To be successful for this role you will be a self starter and have the ability to maintain an organised office environment. You must be a fast learner and have a proven background in payroll/accounts. High level computer literacy is essential, whilst experience in Attaché is an advantage. You will be rewarded with an attractive salary package and a family oriented and secure work environment.
